"Our stay was nothing but great. Starting from checking in with Juan Jose and arriving at the hotel the ambiance was great . Parking was available. The room was huge and clean. Will stay again. The only thing needed is a big mirror and a microwave."

"House was amazing and just perfect for our group of 10. The pool and outdoor area were great Walking distance to the beach, grocery and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun."

"The house was clean and check in was easy, however we did have to call maintenance for two separate things, the upstairs air conditioner and the dishwasher. They did get them fixed within the day. The walk to the beach was long. The house was great for our group however the distance to the beach was long for the smaller kids and the crosswalk made the walk longer on a very busy street, so some days they jut stayed at the pool."

"You're paying for the location, and it truly doesn't get much better than this. The beach is just steps away, which is the property's biggest selling point.The house itself is spacious and comfortable, but it does show some noticeable wear. Several fixtures were loose or wobbly, some of the outdoor chairs were broken, and the provided beach chairs were quite rusty and broken.The property management team was communicative before and at the beginning of our stay. They were upfront about the need to disconnect the pool alarm, talked us through how to disconnect it, and even called to make sure we had checked in without any issues.Unfortunately, communication dropped off after that. I sent two emails with questions about whether the pool had been cleaned and treated, along with a few minor housekeeping concerns, but never received a response.Communication, housekeeping services and overall amenities could have been better, but the location was optimal, and we had a great time!"

"Spektakuläre Lage - besser geht’s nicht, grandiose Hausverwaltung die in der Sekunde reagiert.Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad beim kleinen Schlafzimmer ist so alt und abgenutzt, dass es wirklich nicht mehr schön ist. Der Griller unbenutzbar, das Geschirr teilweise schmutzig in den Schränken."
