"The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. I am not a big person, and the shower was modern and clean, but barely big enough to be comfortable. Also, if you need a chair to put on your shoes, you would be out of luck. No chair, and no place to put a chair. I don't know whether the other rooms are the same. I would recommend staying here, just check that the bathroom is a normal size before you book."

"Definitely not a 4star hotel. There was nothing available. The room was nice furniture was really nice. It was just meh. The pool area was small and not updated. Drinks were not made well. The location is perfect. Not worth the price. "

"Perfect location, close to pretty much everything. 2 blocks to the closest beach access or 5-minute drive to Bean point beach access (our favorite beach to chase sunset). Everything is beautifully decorated and we love the backyard. This house has everything we need. We felt like home while we were here. Cindy was responsive and accommodating. We love Anna Maria and have been here multiple times and this is our best stay. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This property was absolutely perfect for us. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean every day from our balcony. The property was steps from the sand and walking distance to everything we needed. "

"Beautiful, very clean home....short walking distance to the beach, very nice pool area. Close to Pine Street stores and many nearby restaurants. The patio area off the living room is very comfortable and great for watching sunset over the water. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, the beach house was super cute and clean. You certainly can't beat the location! We did have some issues, however. The only access points to the pool through the house are through the master bedroom and another bedroom. The pool had tiles falling off the walls. The beach chairs were very worn and we had some issues with falling backwards into the sand. Truly, the good outweighed the not so good."

"I couldnt have booked a better spot for my kids. I was nervous it being above a restaurant but you couldnt even tell. It was so tranquil in the backyard and upstairs, during the day we took the golf cart to the beach or shopped around and this was the most convenient place I ever stayed at. It was decorated better than most people decorate their own homes I just loved it and so did my kids and their friends. Cleanliness was perfect, decor, location, I couldnt have asked for anything better, will definately book again."
