"Such a lovely property. It's set back from the road, so it is quiet and private. It's just a block or two from great beach areas and general store, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. There were five separate rooms giving privacy and space for gathering with the addition of the outdoor area. the space was clean and had good modern appliances. The realtor was wonderful with excellent communications for the booking until our departure. They helped with all our needs, responsive and friendly. We ended up getting our own Kleenex, extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and more paper towels as their stock was a bit thin. Overall a wonderful experience."

"The room was clean and well appointed. The location was good. It was a block from the beach with no view from the room, but the view on the beach was great. The property had a nice pool, and it was in a quiet area. The downside was that the room had a tiny bathroom. The sink was so small that the floor was soaked just from my washing my face. I am not a big person, and the shower was modern and clean, but barely big enough to be comfortable. Also, if you need a chair to put on your shoes, you would be out of luck. No chair, and no place to put a chair. I don't know whether the other rooms are the same. I would recommend staying here, just check that the bathroom is a normal size before you book."

"Perfect location, close to pretty much everything. 2 blocks to the closest beach access or 5-minute drive to Bean point beach access (our favorite beach to chase sunset). Everything is beautifully decorated and we love the backyard. This house has everything we need. We felt like home while we were here. Cindy was responsive and accommodating. We love Anna Maria and have been here multiple times and this is our best stay. We will definitely stay here again. "

"As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in countless vacation rentals over the years, I can confidently say this home on Anna Maria Island stands out as one of the very best experiences we’ve had. There was more than enough room for our family of 10! The two large living rooms were a huge plus, allowing different groups to relax, watch TV, play games, or just unwind without being on top of each other.The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! The ping pong table and foosball kept everyone entertained for hours and added such a fun, lively element to the trip.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. We were just a short distance from the beach and close to great restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing to go far.What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. Tyler was exceptional—easily one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond in a situation that could have been stressful for us: when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, our 86-year-old aunt arrived ahead of the rest of the group. Tyler personally ensured she was welcomed into the home, comfortable, and able to relax until we arrived. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much to our family and speaks volumes about the kind of host he is.From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true 5-star getaway!"

"The property was cleaner and better organized than we could have even hoped for. Two minor items, we could never get the spa to “warm up” beyond the temperature of the pool and both of the wagons for bringing beach gear had broken handles. Overall the location and property exceeded expectations. We would go back. "

"We stayed in this unit last year and noticed that the furniture was pretty warn and made management aware and they replaced some furniture with a new couch and lounge chair. Very nice addition. I forgot to mention last year that the ceiling light socket in the walk in closet has pulled out of some of it's anchors in the sheet rock ceiling .We were afraid to pull down on the chain fearing it might pull the whole socket out of the ceiling .I would also suggest putting some type of light over kitchen sink. In fact the lighting is pretty dim in the whole unit. We enjoyed our stay and just wanted to share with you how you could improve the renters experience."

"I couldnt have booked a better spot for my kids. I was nervous it being above a restaurant but you couldnt even tell. It was so tranquil in the backyard and upstairs, during the day we took the golf cart to the beach or shopped around and this was the most convenient place I ever stayed at. It was decorated better than most people decorate their own homes I just loved it and so did my kids and their friends. Cleanliness was perfect, decor, location, I couldnt have asked for anything better, will definately book again."
