"The pool was very nice. The beach is really not a beach, there is really no place to sit on the sand. Nice view and conveniently located. The bedroom is very small but clean. Overall nice place to stay! "

"Everything about our stay was 5 star! It's a beautiful home with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was very responsive and left a detailed book for us with everything we'd need to know about the house, as well as good restaurants and places to go. We highly recommend renting the golf carts. It's the easiest (and most fun!) way to get around the island. Once we arrived, we didn't use our car again until we headed back to the airport. There were pool toys for the kids and beach towels. We used the bicycles many times in the morning to get donuts nearby. The house is in a great location to visit all the beaches, get ice cream, go to shops and restaurants... pretty much everything is just a short walk, bike, or golf cart ride away. On our last day, we got a surprise visit from a group of manatees in the canal - which was just icing on a perfect vacation!"

"Such a lovely property. It's set back from the road, so it is quiet and private. It's just a block or two from great beach areas and general store, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. There were five separate rooms giving privacy and space for gathering with the addition of the outdoor area. the space was clean and had good modern appliances. The realtor was wonderful with excellent communications for the booking until our departure. They helped with all our needs, responsive and friendly. We ended up getting our own Kleenex, extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and more paper towels as their stock was a bit thin. Overall a wonderful experience."

"Property was lovely; beautiful views and clean pool. There is a door alarm that has to be physically disarmed each time the door is opened (not a wall panel) - this is apparently standard across the island. Overall it was exactly as expected from the listing! "

"As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in countless vacation rentals over the years, I can confidently say this home on Anna Maria Island stands out as one of the very best experiences we’ve had. There was more than enough room for our family of 10! The two large living rooms were a huge plus, allowing different groups to relax, watch TV, play games, or just unwind without being on top of each other.The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! The ping pong table and foosball kept everyone entertained for hours and added such a fun, lively element to the trip.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. We were just a short distance from the beach and close to great restaurants, making it easy to explore without needing to go far.What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. Tyler was exceptional—easily one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond in a situation that could have been stressful for us: when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, our 86-year-old aunt arrived ahead of the rest of the group. Tyler personally ensured she was welcomed into the home, comfortable, and able to relax until we arrived. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much to our family and speaks volumes about the kind of host he is.From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true 5-star getaway!"

"The property was cleaner and better organized than we could have even hoped for. Two minor items, we could never get the spa to “warm up” beyond the temperature of the pool and both of the wagons for bringing beach gear had broken handles. Overall the location and property exceeded expectations. We would go back. "

"We stayed in this unit last year and noticed that the furniture was pretty warn and made management aware and they replaced some furniture with a new couch and lounge chair. Very nice addition. I forgot to mention last year that the ceiling light socket in the walk in closet has pulled out of some of it's anchors in the sheet rock ceiling .We were afraid to pull down on the chain fearing it might pull the whole socket out of the ceiling .I would also suggest putting some type of light over kitchen sink. In fact the lighting is pretty dim in the whole unit. We enjoyed our stay and just wanted to share with you how you could improve the renters experience."
