"There is nothing not wonderful about this place! Super clean inside and out. The golf cart makes getting around the island so easy. Bean Point beach is a quick 7 minute walk, and many wonderful restaurants are within a 10 minute golf cart ride. The pool is beautiful, as is the landscaping. The washer/dryer, pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, paddle boards, etc are just icing on the cake. We contacted the property manager Dan about the cafe lights around the pool not turning on. Literally, he responded within 15 minutes and made sure they worked properly. Aall the way. We are already booking for next year!"

"We loved the outdoor space more than anything! This was our favorite part of the cottage. Even on windy days, it was blocked from the wind back there. "

"We were able to get in at the time they told us. The beach house was very clean. And very roomy. The four of us couples had more than enough chairs, beds, and kitchen supplies. There were seven bath towels there, which we didn’t even end up using some of themI’m not sure the ice maker was working, but there was ice cubes there when I got there. Someone thought the toilet off the master bedroom may have continued to run after we flushed it. But it only happened a couple times.We loved the place, especially the screened in porch overlooking the pool. And the pool was very clean. We had so much fun, we may rent it again next year."

"Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The kitchen was well equipped which was a plus. The pool was inviting and well maintained. And it was nice that there were some outdoor games for the kids. Given the rental fee, there were some items that were disappointing and a few “nuisance” items. (1) The two chairs in the living area need to be replaced. They are not useable for the most part. (2) The bedrooms are small and two in particular are devoid of closets. (3) Not having wall mirrors in the bedrooms nor a full length mirror was a nuisance. (4) Having access to beach chairs was a plus. But they were full of sand. Please note that I washed the chairs prior to our departure. On the plus side, there were an ample number of TV’s which is helpful when you have children. We liked the location as Bean Point reminds you more of an island environment with trees, etc.. The owner has prepared a very informative booklet regarding the property and applicable instructions for electronics, etc. Given some recommended improvements we would consider staying at this property again."

"This home was very clean and had loads of fun beach equipment and toys. The transparent kayak and paddleboard were wonderful! The ocean view is truly incredible, and visible from nearly every room. What a sunrise!!! The beach in front of the house has nearly been washed away since the photo was taken, along with the stairs down to the water, which is only the fault of hurricanes, but the water is shallow and great for swimming and there’s strip of beach to walk on to the right of the house and the gorgeous public beaches aren’t far away. Dolphins swim past daily! We enjoyed kayaking with them. The kitchen had all cooking items one could need in terms of pots and pans, dishes, and appliances, but they provide no products such as aluminum foil, baggies, Saran Wrap, napkins, etc. You’ll need to buy EVERYTHING. One dishtowel and one small, thin towel in lieu of beach towels per guest really isn’t enough. They really could provide better beach towels. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kids bunk room is great! Wi-Fi was very reliable. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool heater kept going out. Management responded IMMEDIATELY and had maintenance out even on a Sunday, but it just went out again each day even though maintenance kept coming to fix it. They really tried hard, though!! The microwave also wouldn’t open and that was never addressed.Overall, this is a lovely home, great location, and incredible view. We had a wonderful family vacation. "
