Private Home Situated Near Bean Point with Spacious Heated Pool!

"We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The pool and the pool area were fantastic and such a nice relaxing way to cool off and still enjoy the summer heat and sun. The downstairs pool area had a mini fridge, grill, plenty of seating and a large table, fans, and TV.Everything in the house was in great working condition, including all the appliances, and the outdoor grill. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large number of towels and having a washer and dryer available, plus the welcome kit that included the dish soap, kitchen wipes, and dish washer tabs.You can really tell that the hosts thought of all the little details to make guests feel comfortable. Even things like extension cords for the outlets were provided, which was incredibly convenient.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything."

"This property was great. It’s not right on the beach, but it’s about a five minute walk. It’s also located in an area where the beaches are not very busy. You do have a considerable drive if you wanna go to the other side of the island for an excursion or something, but it was worth it. The property management company and the owner were both very easy to work with and our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay again."

"The house had some positives, but our stay was affected by maintenance, communication and internet issues. The owners live in UK and their local contact was away leaving us with no local support. We found damaged drawers and a smoke detector removed from the master bedroom ceiling, with wiring exposed and the detector found in a dresser drawer. We were asked whether we could replace the battery and reinstall it ourselves. We did not. The refrigerator water filter also needed replacement; which we installed ourselves after Simon had one mailed to the house. The most frustrating issue was with the internet. Both Wi-Fi and ethernet repeatedly lost connectivity. The connection would stop working, causing websites and streaming to fail. Simon suggested it might be an island issue and created a ticket with Spectrum. We ultimately contacted Spectrum ourselves about 24 hours later and spent approx 8 hours on the phone /waiting for / with the tech to help troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately, the tech replaced a defective router, which resolved the problem. Spending several hours of our vacation coordinating this repair was especially frustrating because rainy weather made reliable internet important to us. Communication was generally responsive but delayed due to the time difference. We understand that problems can occur in any rental. Arriving to existing maintenance and safety issues, no local support, and spending hours arranging an essential internet repair detracted from our stay."
