"We have rented many beach houses over the years and this by far topped them all for an overall experience. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Dan we knew we chose the right rental for us. We loved all the things that made this rental special from the golf cart to the pool to the cold drinks in the fridge to get us off to a good start. The surf was very extreme at the beaches during our short stay due to hurricane Isaisas so we really loved having the pool area. It’s the first rental that exceeded our expectations. Our family of four (2 young adult daughters) voted that we would stay here again."

"We truly couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to celebrate our anniversary than **Shell We Dance at Bean Point**.From the moment we arrived, the cottage just felt special. It was charming, comfortable, beautifully cared for, and had that relaxed Anna Maria Island feel we were hoping for. The backyard and pool area were amazing — private, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax together.The location was absolutely incredible. Being so close to Bean Point (Our pup was originally named Bean Point when we adopted him) gave us some of our favorite memories from the trip — watching the sunrise and sunset, riding bikes around the island, walking the beach, BBQ'ing by pool, and the peace and quiet this time of year!! It was simple, peaceful, romantic, and exactly what we wanted for our anniversary getaway.We also want to give a special thank you to Goose, the Property Manager, and to the owners, Don and Sally. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Allowing us to check in early at no additional charge for our anniversary was such a thoughtful gesture and one we truly appreciated.This was much more than just a place to stay — it became part of a really special anniversary for us. "Cute house in a great location. So close to the beach and other places on the island. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a little difficultly finding in the dark. I know that lights are a concern for the turtles at night but a motion light to help navigate getting the key would be very helpful.There is currently a beach wagon available, which I know is helpful for families."

"Beautiful property and excellent location. The unit is a little dated for the price IMO. It was perfect for our needs. The balcony was right next to the public beach access pathway but no one was loud or rude when we saw anyone and wasn't that busy. Sarah from Island Real Estate quickly responded to any questions or issues we had which were minimal. If you need an umbrella, rent from The Beach Hut on Gulf Dr. The ones provided on property are junk. We would stay here again."

"This was an amazingly private unit located a short walk from the beach. It was so thoughtfully convenient to have a cart, beach chairs, and umbrella. The semi-private pool in the back which honestly felt private. Amazing location, clean and comfortable unit. The kitchen has a coffee maker, hot water, and is completely furnished with the essentials. We are so glad to have stayed here and are excited to book our next stay. Rasa was amazing! Fantastic communication. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"
