"Mimosa was across the street, but only about a minute walk so no beach view. The beach was absolutely beautiful and easily accessible with lots of chairs as promised. It is more of an Airbnb vibe. It is quaint and on the quieter end of the beach. Very few amenities. Service was great but guests must ask for certain things like trash removal and clean towels. "

"The breakfast was beyond excellent 👌 I appreciated getting texts asking how things were and if I needed anything. Prompt service when I did!"

"This property was just okay. The best thing about it was the location/proximity and ease of getting to the beach. The lowest you can turn AC is 72, so it was hot for sleeping as well as during day when we were inside. One shower was almost unusable due to low pressure. Twin beds were very uncomfortable. Couch is the only sitting area in living room and it is very uncomfortable as well. Laundry accommodations were in first floor storage area- which is shared and I don’t feel this is communicated well in the description. We had Unit B and your deck area is facing another house and “alley” walking area. The picture of deck in gallery is Unit A.My biggest concern was employees (I assume) from rental management came in with out any notice to us from the company. One lady came in without even knocking. With teenage girls with us, this was scary to them. I also messaged for more towels and they were never delivered to us.So overall just ok, we enjoyed the island, but we will not rent this again. "

"The staff was so kind! Clean and comfy beds! Slept the best ever. Great views of the sunset. Umbrellas and. Lounge chairs available and we just open doors to face the ocean. Loved it!"

"Location 10/10 - super short walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Free trolley runs every 20 minutes most of the day.House 8/10- we were unlucky with 2 different groups of guests that stayed in the unit above us. Simply walking back-and-forth was very loud and kept us up at night. The listing said there was a grill, but there was no grill. We double checked with the office & were told that was a generic listing & that our unit did not have a grill. This was a factor when choosing the house, so this was disappointing.Communication 5/10 - We checked in after hours on a Sunday and didn’t receive our check-in code on time. After leaving a message at 4pm with no response, we had to call again hours later to finally reach someone. We happened to be on a flight during this, which made the lack of communication especially stressful, since we thought we would have to find alternative accommodations and everything around us was sold out.We also reached out multiple times to clarify the number of beds in the 3rd bedroom due to conflicting listing information, but didn’t hear back until one week before check-in. There are indeed 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. We would come back to the area but not this rental. "

"Cute little house, balcony is wonderful and has a good view of the beach. The location is perfect, close to all of the spots we like to go on the island. It was clean, mattress was comfortable, and overall cozy. Only complaint we had was the noise level. It’s very close to the street so you hear everything outside. Also the water pressure and temperature were tough to manage in the shower. We enjoyed our stay on AMI as always, and this place was perfect for the two of us."
