"Perfect location. about 6 beach chairs and 10 beach towels.If you have 10 people and plan to cook good luck. Kitchen has an OK amount of items just not enough to cook daily for 10 people. Also the ice maker can not handle 10 people using ice in Florida. Minor complaints. I bought ice a 5 minute walk away and we just went out to eat.Super easy checkout. i suggest asking rental what their checkout package is because this house you fill dishwasher and take out trash. done. Other places ask you to do too much."

"This was our first time at this property. It truly exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. It had plenty of appliances and cooking tools and utensils. We enjoyed the screened in balcony. The pool is extremely clean and the employees cleaning pool and maintaining the area around were welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back."
