"Couldn’t be in a better location: right on a private beach with everything needed for the beach provided and right in the “downtown” area of Bradenton Beach. Food, stores and bike rentals all within walking distance. A good bit of work to do before checking out by 10 AM but we got it all done. I highly recommend this location."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Merry Mermaid House! Everything was exactly as described, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best part was the close proximity to the beach.We did have a little trouble getting the spa up and running, but the owners responded quickly and communicated with us every step of the way until it was working properly. Their responsiveness was greatly appreciated.One suggestion for future guests is to bring your own beach chairs, as the ones provided were older and on the smaller side.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend the Merry Mermaid House to families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!"

"Very nice being ocean front and having a pool. Part of freezer was broke when we got there on Saturday and wasn’t fixed until Wednesday so the ice maker did not make ice until Friday. WiFi was spotty. Other than those minor things the house was great!"
