Gulf Coast Paradise ~ Bradenton Beach ~ Anna Maria Island Unit C

  • Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned white sandy beaches. Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet.

    The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.

    Barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.
    Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee.

A great place to stay right across the street from Cortez Beach and close to Bridge Street. It is very clean and the listing is accurate. The oven seemed to run hot so it is a good idea to bake for less time or check often.

The unit was nicely updated, clean, very comfortable, was a great size for the two of us. It was just across the street from the beach, less than minute or two short walk and we were there, Could take nice long walks and enjoy the sand. Very nice the unit had beach chairs and towels to use. Eating and shopping options also walkable or quick drives and a short drive to Anna Maria.

We loved our time here! Location was everything, right across the street from the beach and a quick 5 minute walk to Bridge street for coffee, restaurants, shopping etc. appreciate that all the beach equipment you need is provided- chairs, umbrella, toys. The apt was great for 1 or 2 people, shower is a bit small, but workable. Light sleepers beware, the walls are thin, so you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors. Lynn was a great host, very responsive and helpful! We hope to visit again!

We had an excellent vacation and this place is perfect!!! Perfectly located right across the street from the beach. Very clean and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Lynn is a super host and so easy to work with. This is our go to place when we’re on the island.

Bday get away

We had a wonderful stay, great area, beautiful beaches and nice place to stay. This location was perfect for us, within walking distance to Bridge St, just across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return again. The location was as advertised and was perfect for the two of us.

Overall, this is a truly wondeful property.

The space was charming ,comfortable , and had everything we needed and more. It felt like a thoughtful retreat where we could truly relax and enjoy our time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation and would absolutely return. Lynn was also very wasy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.

Perfect for two. Very clean and a 30 second walk across the road to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Close to the best seafood restaurants in Cortez, FL. Convent to stores and beach bars.Will return again!
