This charming 1920's 2-bedroom cottage is our latest addition to our Old-Florida vacation cottages- ALL located on 7th Street S...simply the best location to be on the entire island.
***all of our vacation cottages are listed below****

Located south of Historic Bridge Street, with numerous local shops and restaurants.
Live the island life, as you're surrounded by water. The Bay, with the amazing sights of the sailboats, draw bridge, the historic pier, and the most glorious sugar sand beaches just a 1 minute stroll down this quiet dead-end street.

Our cottages all survived the fall hurricanes. With a lot of work, our cottages are back up and already hosting guests.

This cottage features all brand new memory foam beds, brand new kitchen and appliances.
Enjoy the oversized dining room table with the family. Kick back on the large sectional sofa enjoying streaming tv.
But what you're sure to love the most, is the huge wraparound front porch. Game night, enjoy a beverage and snacks while enjoying the spectacular views of the water.
