Villas By The Sea Unit 5, with a beachy vibe, is located minutes from Bradenton Beach. In the heart of Bradenton Beach, you're a short walk to Bridge Street where you will find shops and restaurants. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom villa is located on the 2nd floor that leads to a balcony and steps away from the shared heated pool. Unit 5 has recently been updated with all new furnishings. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops has everything you'll need to make a meal and dine around the new dining table and chairs. There is plenty of room accommodating 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Smart TVs as well as WiFi throughout the villa.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
