    Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information.
