Runaway Bay 125 - Beach, Pool, Gym

This unit has a very nice view of the pond and you are only a few steps from Runaway Bay's beautiful pool
Enjoy this condo that features updates such as the kitchen and bathrooms, which both have walk in showers.
Master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds.
Nice size flat screen t. v.'s in both bedrooms. Livingroom has large flat screen TV with added DVD player.
Cable and Wi Fi are provided. Unit comes with 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach buggy and a cooler.

Amenities will not be available until further notice
Tennis/Pickleball courts and shuffleboard are not open

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, pickleball,
shuffleboard and bocce ball. We now have a newly renovated fitness center, BBQ grills nearby, a kayak launch
and a fishing pier.

PLEASE NOTE: Only 2 vehicles can be parked on at the unit, this includes, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
