Runaway Bay 171 - Beach, bay, pool and gym

Relax on your screened lanai while you take in the peaceful views of the pond in this comfy 1 BR/1 BA pet-friendly* condo. Plenty of room to stretch out on a king bed in the bedroom or sleeper sofa in living room. TV's in living room and bedroom. Ceramic tile throughout with carpet in bedroom. This one bedroom condo even features a washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella included.

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

* 1 small pet under 25 lbs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 and a $250.00 pet security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
