Light and bright second floor 2 BR/2 BA condo with great pond view and upgraded kitchen and baths. Master bedroom has king bed, and guest bedroom has twin beds and a new queen size sleeper sofa. TV's in living room and bedrooms. Ceramic tile in kitchen, with carpet in dining, living room and bedrooms. New HVAC system installed 9/16/24.

Unit provides 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler beach toys and a toaster oven.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.

IF RENTING A GOLF CART - GAS ONLY and must be approved

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.
