- A beautifully appointed second floor 2 BR/2 BA garden view 2021 updated condo. King bed in master bedroom and twin beds in guest room, with new linens. New queen sleeper sofa in living room. Wall Smart TV in living area and both bedrooms have TVs. New hard surface flooring in the bedrooms. New kitchen granite counter tops. Full size washer and dryer in condo. Screened private balcony offers the perfect place to relax while enjoying the warm breezes of the surrounding palm trees.
As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.
Clubhouse is under construction.
Please Note - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
