    The walk-up interior has been completely renovated for carefree modern comfort. The full kitchen is appointed with all the major appliances and accessories needed to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Mid Winter Break

We liked the house it was clean and close to the beach and restuarants. Washer and dryer were nice, they did include beach towels. We wish they had beach chairs for us to use. We had to rent them everyday which gets very costly. The pool is small but nice, just wish it was in the sun. Really not useful in the shade. There is a pickle ball court very close to the house and playground. I would stay again but, beach chairs would be a very nice addition for guests.

Great house with a pool under the deck!

My Irish skin babies loved this pool and learned how to swim without life jackets here! We had a great trip! Only things I would add is plastic cups for kids in the home and some beach items other than that we loved this house! The walk was a little far so if you have littles keep that in mind. Thank you for a great vacation in AMI!

My first impression was that the place was abandoned due to the unkempt grass, the pool area needs maintenance, the tv broken and the BBQ was rusty. Inside the property however it was a completely different story, it was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. The balcony furniture also needs maintenance, the table was rusty and the chair were broken. The communication was good.

Place had many cleaning aspects that should have been completed before we arrived and weren’t. Vrbo/vacasa reached out to try and rectify after we notified, but we didn’t want to waste time on our vacation waiting for someone to clean. We had dark liquid stains on the kitchen wall, a disgusting dirty and rusted grill that we didn’t end up using because of that, a long dark hair in between the sheets of the main bed, dirt/sand/bugs of some sort in the hallway bathroom, toilet paper holders that were dirty and stained, shoddy paint job with mismatching paints, a sliding door that didn’t fully close due to the track being messed up leading to heat seaping in, a supposedly heated pool that wasn’t nearly the 82 degrees that was promised, an info guide with multiple inaccuracies such as Wi-Fi password etc., blood/pizza/bbq sauce stains on the comforter, a dirty and stained drawer under the oven, and ledges that had dirt and bugs all over. I have pictures of everything and wish that this would have been a better overall experience.
