"Breakfast was great. The room was basic but comfortable - there was no in room phone or alarm clock which is pretty standard elsewhere"

"Room: Decoration was good, but carpets looked very tired and require replacing immediately. The undersink cupboard door was off the hinge. We did not receive hot water on the shower. The water was lukewarm. Staff: The Check-in was smooth and the assistance helped me to pay the parking fee. Gym: we did not use it. Breakfast. This was NOT very pleasant. By the time we went at 9am, most things were gone and aad not stock. There were not enough items in the hot containers and we were not informed that they could make to order."

"There is a large Tesco opposite, parking is easy. I requested a room at the rear of the hotel having stayed there previously and enjoyed a quiet night. My room was at the rear however near to a noisy fan. I did not request a change of room as I assumed the fan would cease operating at night. Alas it did not. So beware make sure your room is well away from said fan. "

"Could not settle with the ethnic minority in this horrible place. Full of pak&@S OMG Never again. So cheap but never again. "

"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

"Absolutely great property, had everythign we needed and it exceedong our expectations. Great host, chnaged our dates for us at the last minute (we're very grateful!). Really fabulous place, pictures dont donit justice! "

"The apartment is very pleasant, in one of the old mill buildings. Clean, adequately equipped, comfortable. Walking distance to the town centre, and close to Saltaire. We had a great weekend despite the heat. Thanks. "
