An immaculate, luxury 1740s cottage oozing character. A 100% dog and child safe garden. furniture & a state of the art hot tub. The 100% private garden gets the sun all day and evening.
Outdoor furniture and lights for the evening make it ideal for lazy days in and out of the hot tub.
2 bedrooms. 1 with a dressing room & a king size bed. 1 with a double & a sofa bed downstairs.
The living room has a wood burning fire; smart 50” TV, with Netflix, Amazon & Now TV .
The kitchen is fully stocked & could easily host a dinner party in the unique dining room
Child & baby friendly with a highchair, cot & gates available on request.
Very close to all amenities, local pubs, bakeries and Apperley Bridge train station.
