Having stayed here 3 times now we have always found the staff to be amazing and so helpful, The hotel and rooms are lovely, really comfortable and the decor is unique and well thought out. What is worth bearing in mind is that not all studio suites come with a separate seating area. On our most recent stay in this room type there was a chair next to the bed and a small table with two dining chairs which were also fairly close to the bed.

Broken door lock in bathroom, worn out carpet on stairs, no curtains on blinds that didn't close well, did not use bath ,very dirty, both taps on basin had hot water.

"Only stayed overnight to attend show at city hall which was 4min walk away great location for bar's and city didn't use any of the facilities as was only there overnight room was comfy and clean nut a bit dated there was a lift to rooms which was very helpful as I struggle with stairs check and checkout ..."
