"Central, ideal for the visit. Welcoming, friendly helpful reception colleagues. Room was great, telly not so much, very limited on the TV channels, not so bad if your off out, but if you’re on your own and spend time in the room Overall excellent, and would stay again."

"Hotel was gorgeous, clean, smelled amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful, we had trouble with our bathroom sink tap and it was fixed super quickly. Only complaint is that drinks were a little expensive, £5 for a coffee is a lot and the alcohol more so, but it's expected for such a lovely venue ..."
