The hotel was ideally sited for the alexander stadium.unfortunately it is a bit like fawlty towers . Run down and gradually falling to bits.

Hotel quite dated throughout, room was a good size and comfortable bed. Cleanliness not up to standard, hairs spotted in bathroom and on towels. Marks on duvet covet. Bathroom could do with a upgrade as looked quite worn. Breakfast was okay, although food was cold. For the price, not worth the stay. Hotel room was very hot and would have expected a fridge for the price. Overall would not recommend or stay again.

"A quaint old fashioned inn. Amenities a bit dated but all functioning. Bath with jets was a plus. Loved the provision of bottled water and little biscuits. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair. Only downside was the winding staircases that made taking luggage up and down difficult."

"Lovely friendly staff. Able to check in early which was great. The pub the accommodation is connected to is wonderful - excellent food and great surroundings. The room could have done with a more thorough clean - the were dust bunnies under the bed. The bathroom needs an update. But it was clean ..."
