"Room never cleaned even though requested to be cleaned by the door hanger. Towels are stupidly small, bed umcomfortable, curtains too small for the window with holes. "

"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

"Breakfast gets an honorable mention. The staff was okay but not very helpful in resolving issues with the room. I had no toilet for 8 of 17 day stay. I had to use the bathroom in the room next door. "
