"This place was horrible!! My room smell like cigarette smoke, they had mice running around in my room, sheets was still dirty. A phone without phone cords, bathroom was filthy!!! Window in the room had tape on it as if the window was broken, light stay on there was no way to turn the light off. When I contacted front desk asking if I can get my room change or a refund they were no help instead they kept saying I had to speak with a manager that wasn’t on site and it wasn’t anything the front staff can do. I winded up sleeping in my car due to this horrible experience at this hotel"

"I loved that they had a 3 o'clock check in and a nice breakfast. They were constantly cleaning and I found our bathroom and sheets very clean. However, they need to re-carpet the place, They were old and very stained and no amount of cleaning will do it. It's a shame because I just couldn't get past the stained carpeting throughout."

"Check/out pleasant, polite and professional. Rush in shower tubs Dirt on sheets/towels Rank smell of cat piss throughout all carpet from rooms like 120-150. Didn’t check other floors. The door to the room doesn’t automatically close all the way. An aggressive push is needed. Carpet smell and stains inside the room Yuck I brought my own disposable sheets and towel and shower mat … just in case… Glad I did."

"This hotel should be 2.5 stars. It was very, very dirty. The first room we were given had a leaky sink. The second room had a dirty, rusty bathtub and the one had a leftover small toy just hanging out on the floor, showing that it wasn’t cleaned well. The floors were all dusty, both in the room and out, paint chipping all over the place - it was just in desperate need of a complete renovation. Despite the condition of the hotel, we had very pleasant experiences with the staff. Renee and T’Ronnie were so nice and helpful. The shuttle was very handy also, though it was also dirty and rundown. This is a motel-like place and you should only pay a low rate to stay here."
