"What a wonderful stay! Travis was an amazing host - kind, responsive, and super helpful. The house was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The location is wonderful and it was lovely to be so close to the zoo with our young kids. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Wilmington!"

"My dad and I had a nice stay at this property. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. You might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the floors are squeaky and there is a tenant who lives upstairs. I had no problems with my ear plugs in at night "

"This unit is very much as depicted in photos on VRBO site. The neighborhood is interesting and feels safe, and the unit itself is very authentic to residential multi units built, I'm guessing, about 100 years ago. We recommend this place. "

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was confortable but it was a full size bed. I liked the location it was near Bandywine Creek nice for a walk or run."
