"The room was good. I didn’t use the kitchen except for the coffee maker which could have used more creamer. Parking isn’t too impressive and I think should be free for guests. The breakfast was not very good and I think you shouldn’t use plastic juice cups or utensils. Just the waffles were OK"

"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. The fact that I never made it to the room might have even been a blessing in disguise? Anyway, avoid this specific hotel."

"The staff and room service food were excellent. The amenities (private car service, valet, room service) were excellent. The room itself was not what we expected for $800."

"The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!"

"Here is the note I sent to the owner after I left. It never received a response.-My stay in the unit was not what I had expected. Upon arriving 6 hours later than expected due to a delayed flight, I walked into the apartment to find it smelled horrible. Dirty water had been left in the bottom of the dishwasher (still is) and had started to grow fungus and mold. There was no dishwasher soap in the unit so I ran it on sanitize to do what I could to make the smell go away. I'm very grateful the unit has windows that open. As you know, I had to go digging for toilet paper at midnight. The unit had not been well cleaned before I arrived. I literally ruined a pair of white socks walking on the floor because they had not been mopped in a long time. Surfaces are not getting dusted as every surface was covered in dust. There is black mold growing in the shower and the shampoo/conditioner containers on the wall were empty. There was garbage under the bed ( water bottles, candy wrappers and a sock. There were long black hairs in the shower and on the floors all over the apartment. No care was taken to get this unit ready. There was hair, dust bunnies and 2 paperclips on the rug in the livingroom. The couch was also not vacuumed. I have pictures if you would like to see the dirt and mold. "

"The apartment was nice and clean except for the gnat issue that was reported to the property manager. There were not adequate pots and pans to cook with. Supplied 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. The fitted sheet kept slipping off the mattress. Nice New Clean just not well equipped."
