For cosy downtime and fun, head to the snug with a screen for movie nights or intimate get togethers. Need a home office space? A spacious office on the mezzanine level, accessible from the master bedroom, overlooks the dining area below.

On the first floor, the Master bedroom boasts a flexible super king bed (can be split into two singles) and a chic en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, with a king bed and sea views, also has an en-suite shower room. A family bathroom with a soothing bath completes this floor.

Climb to the third floor past a huge picture window framing the dunes of Croyde to the sea beyond to discover the third bedroom with a luxurious king bed and yet more sea views. Across the hall, the fourth bedroom comes with twin beds and an extra single option, perfect for families or friends travelling together. These two bedrooms share a shower room on this level.
