"We’ve stayed in this same complex at South Padre many times. This newly remodeled condo is far and away the nicest condo we have rented here - or anywhere. It is thoughtfully and artfully decorated. There are first class furnishings throughout. The towels and bedding are excellent. As is the large dining room table which is perfect for family meals and game nights. Many board games are provided. There are at least four beach chairs, two or three beach umbrellas, a couple of body boards plus several beach toys found in the condo. There are televisions in the bedrooms and the living room. The WiFi was fast and reliable throughout our weeklong stay. The condo’s location on the south side of the southern building means the balcony is secluded and nicely shaded from the summer sun. And has unobstructed views to the south of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no better location to stay on the island. The complex is the southernmost on South Padre. Additionally there is no public beach access nearby. This means the beach in front of the complex is relatively uncrowded. The bridge to the mainland, where you can find local and the most authentic restaurants, is less than five minutes away. Rosanna, the host, communicated with us throughout the booking process and checked on us, via pemail, during the stay. She offered a generous cancellation policy. Check-in was simple and quick. On our next stay at SPI, we will gladly stay here again. "

"So what first made us look here was the fact that it was pet friendly. This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The inside was very well decorated and very well stocked with anything we needed, even bowls for the pups! The AC was great, the tv’s had great connection, the WiFi was strong enough for both of us to stream video games! The stovetop worked well which is a rare find lol. The place was just adorable inside. We have been to LIV before and it’s such a safe, nice neighborhood and everyone is so kind. We felt safe leaving our furbabies there knowing the neighborhood was safe. Anyway, the place was great. 11/10 recommend staying in this VRBO!"
