"Everything was great with this property. My daughter and I were looking for a place that reminded us of the classic Florida mom and pop motels. This definitely was that bud with modern amenities. It was just across the street from the beach but, it was still a hot walk in July but, that made the beach water feel even better. We're born Floridians do we have certain expectations and were both pleased with the room, property and the friendly owners."

"The house was in a great location, my older kids had plenty of places to go to at night. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Great beach location and the hosts even provided tents and extra chairs, several beach toys as well. Although we brought plenty ourselves. The house was subdivided into 4 separate apartments, which we were not aware of. But gave privacy to each couple. The house is in need of some updating and just general repairs to the inside and outside. The basement rooms are very humid and moldy smelling. We had to have them bring us more dehumidifiers and something to help with the smell. Two of my kids had a hard time sleeping. This property would be a 5 star if some of these things were addressed."

"The property was perfect for location and price for a weekend getaway for 2. Access to the Beach/food/shopping right next door. Lucky enough to see a space launch from the property! Host/Owner was fantastic, making sure our directions, checkin, and any concerns were taken care of immediately. Property was clean and equipped for any needs. Highly recommend!"

"CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! Well stocked and fenced in backyard for the dog and privacy. Probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at and so thankful for that!Comfortable too. Definitely would recommend and stay again"
