"Access to beach GREAT. Beach chairs and umbrella -poor. Rental was clean but small. Towels and silverware were substandard. Refrigerator was so loud that when it was running(which it did a lot), you could not hear the ocean.Will not stay there again."

"My husband, two teens and I absolutely loved this home. Having 3 bedrooms was ideal and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax in the large, comfortable living room. The lanai and pool area was perfect for us, we enjoyed playing games at the table in the pool area as well, at night. Our favorite part was walking across the street to the private dock in the morning and evening to look for visiting manatees and enjoy the beautiful view. The home had everything we needed for the week including all kitchen items, linens and beach items. It was clean and comfortable and we hope to come back again! We also enjoyed the Cocoa Beach area, lots of restaurants, beaches and shopping and just a quick hour drive to Orlando to visit Universal Studios. Kelly was very responsive and helpful and all was as advertised We highly recommend this rental!"

"A beautiful location and condo, but in dire need of a few improvements/maintenance. First all, the TV in the living room area great size, but never would connect, because TV needs updating to be compatible with equipment. This was very stressful. You had ideal seating to watch what…constant buffing?! TV needs improving. The TV in bedroom worked without any issues but is quite small for that size room. Suggestion would be larger TV or put a couple comfortable chairs in bedroom…we had to bring in outside chairs. The curtains are a pain to open and close. The small rings kept getting hung up on the rods where put together. Most of the bi-fold doors would not work in track or completely out of track. The condo appeared clean enough, but dust balls in several places. We could not have asked for a better location or view. Unfortunately the entire outside of building, elevators and stairs need a do over. The bathroom sinks didn’t hardly drain and sink on left had no pressure at all. The kitchen sink drained, but extremely slow. We never used the washer, dryer, dishwasher or oven. I would hope the response to evaluations would addressed and not just tossed aside. "
