"This place is clean, reasonably priced compared to the surrounding areas and it is perfect for couples or families that are just looking to unwind and enjoy a few lowkey days by the beach and close enough to Cocoa Beach to enjoy best of both worlds. Highly recommend!"

"This place is magical and you’d be a fool not to stay here!!! Book the I dram of Jeannie suite!! They provide everything you need! Kitchen utensils to cook. Griming tools to grill, towels, umbrellas! There is private beach access and hammocks all over the premises. Also yoga mats and beautiful art all over the property. You can’t find a better place in cocoa"

"Nice spacious house with plenty of room for families. Wonderful King bed in main suite. The host was so helpful and answered any questions I had immediately. Just a short walk to the beach and the house provided everything you would need to use at the beach, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. Loved that they even had a baby crib and high chair available which we used. Enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely come again."

"Fantastic location and nice private backyard. Very quiet area of Cocoa Beach. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Beds were comfy. Nice TV area for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Pool was fantastic and the hot tub was perfect for the one slightly cool night we had. Don't hesitate to rent this cute little beach house. As a fellow vacation home renter, I appreciate the quick replies to any questions we had. Really nice people to rent from."
