"Property is very well located in Cocoa Beach, and right on the ocean. Beach access is easy, nice sun deck, beach equipment and grill are also available, and you can enjoy a very long stretch of beach with very few people, very relaxed and quiet. That is the property's best asset. Good restaurants nearby as well; it is a very safe area. The room was fairly well cleaned and quite comfortable; could use some minor updates on furniture and cabinets, and a little more attention to housekeeping details, such as keeping shower gel and hand soap bottles filled up, but overall, it was a good beach rental. It had all the accessories needed, plenty of towels and linens, including beach towels. I would rent it again."

"Perfect home for our group of 6. Walk right to the beach and tons of accessories available in garage for beach fun. We loved the huge deck. The home inside had everything we could ask for and more. The location was awesome , quiet part of the beach but short drives to every thing we needed and wanted to do. Debbie was an awesome host and answered and responded almost instantly when I message her. Highly recommend and will be renting again!!"

"Great place, great location, nice and quiet! Literally 2 mins you’re at the beach well maybe 3 on foot, and if your traveling with your dog or dogs the beach access is dog friendly! All n all nice little beach house away from all the noise absolutely enjoyed our stay!"

"Everything was very clean, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and beautiful, the beach was a 3 minute walk and the owners had great communication from the day I booked! Tons of beach gear, including a wagon to pull it all. We will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Tomas and Christa!"

"James and Michelle's beach condo was absolutely perfect! I was worried about the garage situation, but rented a Kia Soul that fit perfectly. Plenty of space for the 3 of us to relax and just steps from the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and even an ice maker (which is rare). We also enjoyed having a private pool and clean laundry area. Neighbors were friendly and communication was great. Location was quiet and just a short drive to some really cool restaurants and touristy things. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!"

"Coco sands studios was so close to the beach and very cool how it was decorated. Had beach items you could use and kitchen utensils ready to use. Wasn't much food options within walking distance but still a nice spot for my short stay."
