Tyra Summit Colorado Den Condo is a perfectly located, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, premium condo that sleeps up to 8 people. Located right next to Four O’Clock ski run and a short 5-minute walk from the free shuttle, you’ll have easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer! You’ll also love the nice finishes in this updated property. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all open to each other so you can enjoy the company of your fellow travelers as you take in the view of the ski run right outside the plentiful windows. There’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can watch your favorite shows or catch the game.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a memorable meal for your party if you decide to stay in instead of exploring the restaurant scene in Downtown Breckenridge. The dining area is just off the kitchen with seating at the dining room table for six, and there’s two additional seats at the counter.

Just off the living area is the spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and a private barbeque grill. And, you can literally walk directly from the porch to the ski run! This property is in a great location for the slopes. You can ski down 4 oclock straight to the back patio. The condo is right near the hot tob and heated pool. The staff was very attentive to any communication sent. Breck is a great place to visit!

You can not beat the location - ski in and ski out on 4 o’clock!! Plus the full size kitchen, dining space for a large group and multiple sleeping options. On top of this, you have a great corner porch that you step off of onto the run.

We enjoyed our stay over the holidays--unit was very clean, kitchen well-equipped, true ski in/out with perfect location on 4 O'Clock run. Property manager responded immediately to an issue with fireplace. Thanks for a great visit--we would definitely rent again. (Only suggestion is bed linens could use an upgrade.)

We have stayed at another unit at Tyra before. We love the access to walk out on 4-o’clock run directly from the porch. Our young boys can run around and play while we sit outside on the patio. It’s perfect. This unit was great. Well stocked kitchen, good set up overall. Would have like to have a comforter on the king bed… just had a sheet and one of those fuzzy blankets. We would stay again for sure.

We spent a long weekend skiing in Breckinridge with family and friends. This is a nice ski in/out location. Each morning all we had to do was walk out the door to the back deck, pop our skis on, the ski down the hill a little to a very easy walk across the street to the Snowflake lift. The condo had everything we needed. The rental company even texted a few times to check and make sure we had what we needed. Check out was simple too. Thank you for sharing your place.

Check-in for condo was at property management company in downtown area, which was very busy at the time of our arrival. While the check-in process itself was very smooth and organized, checking in at a different location was a little inconvenient (especially with small children in tow). Condo was well equipped and very clean. Ample places for our family to spread out and relax. Enjoyed walks up the mountain directly from the unit. As specified in the listing, there is only 1 parking spot for the unit. Overnight parking for additional cars is not within walking distance. The accessibility of a first floor unit was nice, but we also heard a lot of activity from the unit above. Overall, a great condo in a beautiful location.

The condo was well appointed. There’s a great hiking area literally when you step off the deck. Only negatives: hot tub had been drained. Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Called and they sent someone to look at it. Was told it was an issue in the electrical room and that was under HOA’s purview. Someone from the office was supposed to call with an update but never did.

I booked this condo for a week of spring break skiing with my Daughter. It was absolutely ideal. In past years, I have skied down 4 o’clock run and thought how amazing it would be to have one of those ski in ski out condos. And this is the best! We parked our car underground, and it was just two very small stairs to the front door of the condo. It was fascinating, watching the skiers out of the big back window and sit by the fire while it snowed. The kitchen has been updated as have the bathrooms. To ski, we simply stepped out of the back porch and onto the slope! You do have to take your skis off to cross over the road and walk 50’ to the snowflake lift, but it was just a minor thing. It’s definitely plain sailing to ski right to your back door! The location of the condo is also situated almost right next door to the hot tub/pool, communal amenity, which was also fantastic. The only minor recommendation I would give the property managers is to put more light in the bedrooms. Apart from that it was an amazing place to enjoy a spring vacation with my Daughter!

To get on the Snowflake lift you just need to ski down 4 oclock run to the edge of 4 oclock road, then take your skis off and walk across the street to Snowflake lift. The Kitchen is well stocked, place is clean and freshly remodeled! The only complaints we had are very easy to fix.The Wifi connection information we were given did not work, we were able to get onto a neighbors wifi with the same password but the signal was poor. A good router installed in the unit would easily fix this issue.The humidifiers were both old and did not work well if at all. Another super easy correction for the owners.Patio door blinds would not open properly. They are the older style that have probably reached their life. Another super easy fix.We are very interested in renting this space for many years to come, hopefully these minor issues are resolved soon.
