The room was so clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. The pool and hot tubs were clean and so nice. Holiday Inn Frisco by IHG
The front desk staff disappeared after 11pm and no one would answer their phone. We needed assistance but no one could assist. I saw two other people trying to check in who couldn't because no one was there to check them in.
