Nice Hotel but not a nice priced breakfast
Easy to find and near to motorway's, All in all a good Hotel 30 minute walk from city centre Nice room but on the down side breakfast was 16 euro's per person and not worth it

Decor needs updating but comfortable stay
A convenient place to stay with easy parking. Rooms looking a bit dated, especially the TV which must be 20 years old and needs updating to a proper LED model, but comfortable.

5min walk from the Aphelion hospital in Breda
A great place to recharge when supporting a loved one in the Aphelion hospital in Breda. Only 5min walk from the hospital. Staff is extremely considerate and supportive.

Microscopic television.
I was able to close the air vent in the window reducing the occasional road noise to essentially inaudible, there was no sound at all from adjoining rooms, so got s good night's sleep. They only left two creamers for in room drinks so you might have to ask for more. The television is the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel and it had a poor picture, hopefully they will update them before long. I would happily stay there again.

The hotel looks great on the website, but it's rather stuck in the middle of the nowhere about half hour on foot from the town centre. Staff were fine, but the hotel really needed a makeover: facilities were basic (television barely worked, room was cold and quite cramped), decor and quality of furnishings (esp. bathroom) was outdated. My colleague's room overlooked the main road and was noisy, mine however was quiet enough. But the hotel rather awkwardly adjoins a college or campus, so perhaps I was lucky in not being disturbed. The hotel is disappointing rather than terrible, but it's certainly not what I expect from a four-star establishment.

Room was very clean and inviting. We spend little time in the hotel, so I cannot properly rate the amenities. Overall it was a good experience, and I would warmly recommend the hotel to others.

Nice stay in Breda
The hotel is nothing fancy but was great for what I needed. Pool was nice and good internet. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We did the breakfast buffet and it was very good. Nice assortment of foods.

3 and a half star clean and good location.
A nice clean and efficient hotel with adequate facilities just short of 4 star due to the age related décor standards. Positive : Good location and accessibility, friendly helpful staff, nice lounge bar, clean, reasonable good beds, kettle, good size and warm pool Improvements : Curtains that do black out, renew room locks, we couldn't find nor control room temperature- much too hot, décor old fashioned but they're in process of doing one -by-one upgrades, pool has seen better days. Practical note : The entrance of the hotel is through the barriers at the large rear car park - not at the conference and driving school!

Hotel located on the outskirts of Breda
I stayed here for 5 nights in early February on a bed and breakfast basis. I didn't use the swimming pool so can't tell you what that's like. The bed was very comfortable and the room & bathroom were very clean. The decor was dated but that didn't bother me. Lots of choice for breakfast and all very tasty. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel check in was all fine, but when we went for something to eat we waited around for 25 minutes before anyone came to ask if we like to order anything. we where starving and the restaurant was almost empty.

Soft mattress. No tv channel listing in room. Small basic room. Small 'trendy' coffee cups, impractical for a decent cup of tea/coffee. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

Poor experience
This hotel is dated and rather tired reasonably located for visiting Breda. Check in staff where nice and helpful but after a few issues the following morning a different lady wasn't very pleasant. Most of our group didn't sleep due to nosy guests which despite our calls to reception nothing was done about. We did receive complimentary breakfasts but no real apology was given. In fact I was told in a rude manner " I've told you twice" when asking about the breakfasts !! All in all not a great experience and we definitely wouldn't stay again !!!

Nice hotel & friendly staff
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff throughout were polite and friendly. Breakfast was available and there was a good spread of foods to eat. Rooms were clean and the pool was available from 7am to 11pm. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed on business with a colleague for 3 nights.
A very pleasant hotel situated on the outskirts of Breda. The hotel rooms and communal facilities are all clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and hospitable and all spoke good English. The only downside to the hotel is the location near to the road which can mean traffic can be heard in some of the bedrooms.

We just got back from a 2 night stat at the Amrath hotel in Breda. We had a lovely time but I was a little disappointed with our room. All was clean and tidy but the rooms were very tired and desperately in need of updating and a refurbishment. Some of the furniture had seen better days.

Not sure I would class this as a 4* hotel. Pros: • Friendly staff. • Free parking. • Close to motorway (but not too close to be noisy) • Good breakfast. Cons: • Although my booking included breakfast I was charged on arrival and had to get this refunded. • No functioning light in the bathroom so had to shower in the dark! • Shower curtail rather than a door. • Smallest TV in the world..... • Room was small and décor tired. • No power socket by the bed.

A tired looking however breakfast, food and room were perfect for us. Pleasant 25 minute stroll into Breda, hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Bikes were available to hire on this occasion we didn't take up this option.

Nice Hotel and easy to find.
We stayed at the Amrath Hotel for a long weekend and found it to be a clean and friendly place to stay. The rooms were of a decent size with a double bed and 2 x singles, the rooms were clean with not too much noise from traffic. Breakfast was served in the dining room with quite a large variation of food on offer. We also used the dining room twice for an evening meal when we came back at night and again the meals were also very good. I have asked all 9 members of our party and we all agreed that we would have no hesitation on using the same Hotel if we were to go back.

Friendly, helpful staff
This hotel provided everything we needed at an affordable price. We recommend that you hire bikes to get into the town centre in 10 mins and to explore the area. Enjoyed using the pool and sauna too. We will be back soon!

the hotel was a One to Two star facility with a four star rating. i will not go into all the detail but when a hotel without air-conditioning installs a stand alone fan which is plugged into a socket which is only live when the lights are on then you know something is amiss.
