Wir haben den Urlaub als vierköpfige Familie in der Unterkunft verbracht.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Obwohl nicht selbst vor Ort, bekamen wir schriftlich alle wichtigen Informationen im Vorfeld zugesandt. Bei Fragen und Anliegen antwortete er umgehend und sehr freundlich.Das Appartment ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Lage super ruhig und doch zentral. Einzige Minuspunkte sind aus unserer Sicht - die Eingangstüre aus Glas, die von außen einen direkten Blick ins Schlafzimmer sowie auf die Badtüre ermöglicht - die mangelnde Sauberkeit bei Ankunft (teilweise schmutziges Geschirr/ verdreckte Spülmaschine bei Ankunft, Haare unter dem Bett, Boden sandig....).Insgesamt würden wir wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung,die Wohnung hatte alles was nötig ist, mit Terasse und Balkon,leider im Wohnbereich nichts zum abdunkeln der großen Fenster, die Innentemperatur war dann mal 30 Grad, wir hatten dann Glück, dass es nicht mehr so heiß war.Ich glaube, dass wir die Wohnung wieder buchen würden, wenn die Fenster eine Abdunklung bekommen würden

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage und der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Für den Einkauf empfiehlt sich aber Fahrrad oder Auto.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war anfangs sehr gut und der Check-In witklich einfach. Am Ende hätten wir uns gerne noch bedankt und verabschiedet, konnten aber niemanden erreichen. Wirklich schade.Trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub und eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Erholsame Tage am Meer

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft auch sauber.Die Betten waren bequem und auch die Verdunklung der Schlafzimmer war absolut ausreichend. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Gute Ausstattung, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig

Generell ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Leider haperte es bei unserem Besuch an der Sauberkeit. Die Böden waren vm Vormieter noch sehr sandig und das Geschirr sowie Besteck teilweise verschmutzt in den Schränken. Kleinigkeiten wie ein fettiger Toaster oder die leckende Kaffeemaschine trüben die Wohnsituation. Der Ausblick geht rückwärtig auf einen Ferienpark und vorne zur Straße auf die gegenüberliegende Dorfkneipe heraus. Es war abends und nachts dennoch sehr ruhig. Lichtempfindliche Menschen sollten aber an eine Schlafbrille denken, da die Gardinen die Barbeleuchtung nicht vollständig abdunkeln.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. In 400 m ist man am Strand. 300 m bis zur Küstentram. ZumBäcker 200m. Gewöhnungsbedürftig is die durchsichtige Eingangstür mit Blick auf Schlafzimmer, WC und Bad. Die steile Treppe hinauf in den Wohn- und Essbereich ist sicher schwierig für Menschen die nicht so gut auf den Beinen sind, allerdings gibt es oben eine Sperre damit Kinder nicht herunter fallen können. Müll wir getrennt, was ja normal ist, allerdings muss dieser zu einer 600m entfernten öffentlichen Abfallstation gebracht werden.Wertstoffe sind umsonst, für den Restmüll muss 1 € in den Automaten geworfen werden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schönes Reihenhaus

Ein sehr schönes neues Reihenhaus, ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war einwandfrei. Die Lage zu einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, sowie zur Tram Station ebenfalls hervorragend.

Schöne kleine Wohnung. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, das war mit den Kindern sehr angenehm. Insgesamt ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker, Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Gute Lage

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da und deshalb ziemlich ungestört. Alles wie beschrieben. Gute Lage, fußläufig zum Strand und der Tram innerhalb von 10 Min. Supermarkt ca. 3 km, die kleineren, näheren Lädchen hatten saisonbedingt geschlossen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber prompt und problemlos auf Englisch, auch bei Fragen vor Ort. Empfehlenswert

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und war sauber. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn an der Eingangstür ein Vorhang angebracht wäre. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Wir würden auch wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus, ungewöhnliche Aufteilung (Wohn- und Essbereich im ersten Stock), kleines Kinderzimmer nur mit zwei Kinder belegbar, sonst sehr eng. Ansonsten alles super, schöne moderne Einrichtung. Für vier Personen ausgestattet. Gute Lage, in 10 Minuten am tollen Strand. Haltestelle Straßenbahn ebenfalls in 10 Min. erreichbar. Zentrum Bredene mit Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Dies war unser zweiter Urlaub in Bredene - es ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Netter Vermieter, keine Probleme

Schöne Unterkunft

Kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen, tolle Unterkunft. Die Kneipe gegenüber ist gemäßigt und macht pünktlich 21:30 zu. Man sitzt auf dem Balkon aber tatsächlich etwas auf dem "Präsentierteller", auch bzgl Passanten. Hatten wegen Lautstärke o.ä. aber kein Problem mit der Kneipe. Min. 2 Bäcker fußläufig (5 und 10Min zu Fuss one way) Auch Anreise mit ÖPNV würden wir uns beim nächsten Mal zutrauen zB über Oostende und dann die Strassenbahn an der Küste entlang) Strassenbahn hält auf halben Fußweg zum Strand. Strand ist schön und man kann sich dort zu "normalen" Kosten mit Erfrischungen versorgen.

Neues Reihen Mittelhaus

Gute Lage, der Strand ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Der Ort und das Meer sind traumhaft schön. Die Einrichtung ist neu und schön (meist Schwedisches Einrichtungshaus). Leider ist eine kleine Kneipe direkt gegenüber, deren Tische bis an den Gartenzaun reichen. Einen Sichtschutz wurde auf Wunsch zeitnah angebracht. Wünschenswert wären einige Informationen über das Haus und den Ort (z.B.: wie funktioniert die Abfall Entsorgung??). Wurde aber durch die hervorragende Kommuniation mit dem Gastgeber kompensiert.

Neues Reihenhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage

Sauberes, neues und schönes Reihenhaus mit sonniger Terrasse und Balkon. Der Weg zum Strand ist angenehm zu laufen und der Ort hat genau die richtige Größe. Der Strand ist in absoluter Traum. Unsagbar groß und weicher Sand.
