However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."

"The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area and felt safe even late at night. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downsides were that there was no coffee or tea machine in the room, and the stairs were not well lit, so be careful when using them."

How does anyone take a shower? But I guess it's standard to have narrow tubes in France. Floors were not carpeted, likely for easier cleaning of beach goers. Location is nice and quiet, 15 minute walk to the main part of Nice. "

The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

They seem very strict about the check-in time too whereas other hotels have some flexibility if the room is ready. The room on the top floor had great views. "
