Wow! This hotel is hands down one of the nicest I’ve been to in 20 years of traveling for personal and business reasons! The staff were all great! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had great products, linens and that fancy toilet! Hahah I felt like a princess my entire stay and can’t wait to come back!

One of the best hotels in the world! We have stayed there multiple times and each time everything is absolute perfection, from the rooms, to the staff, to the food and beverage. 5 stars!

The property is acceptable and I would rate it as a 4-star hotel. The breakfast staff were not well trained, and the breakfast service was slow. The hotel is not very modern; however, it is conveniently located close to major attractions and the old town. Unfortunately, we were given a room next to the street, which was noisy at night. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but it does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel.
