the property location is lovely, the front desk staff at the time of check in was exceptionally nice, polite and helpful. only couldnt understand why they wont keep water heating keetels in the rooms, specially given its a 4 star property. the breakfast was dissapointing and the staff at the breakfast seem to be in a hurry to windup things closer to buffet closing time, so much so that they even refused to serve us a simple cuppacino after 10:30 am cause the breakfast had officially closed, tho we were still eating. maybe being late is our problem and not theirs i guess. but apart from these issues, good hotel and stay.

A lovely find. Spacious bedroom. Beautiful views over the sea from the hotel and grounds and some rooms. Nice bar area serving drinks and food. Also a restaurant. The breakfast food was lovely and beautifully presented but the experience was spoiled by many of the staff who had no time for us and were often downright rude. It was a struggle to get anyone to take a hot food order (which often arrived cold). The hotel was clearly understaffed. Some of the staff were brilliant, particularly Christopher who was always friendly and helpful (and worked incredibly hard).

Très bel hôtel, cadre très agréable, très beau jardin, piscine agréable également. Grandes chambres et belle vue mais les salles de bains mériteraient une rénovation, et un système de cartes plutôt que de clés serait plus pratique

Fint værelse, men rengøringen kunne absolut godt være bedre, ikke sundhedsfarlig, men støvekluden bliver ikke slidt. Venligt personale, særligt i restauranten. Gode parkeringsforhold og ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over ø og hav. I den uge vi var der, desværre på den side af øen, hvor solen havde det meget svært med at trænge igennem.

Alles war gut. Nachbarn etwas laut, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Es hat genügend Parkplätze, die Lage ist gut (in gut 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Santa Cruz).
