Clean room and okay for the short one night stay that we used it for. Rooms have an unusual modern set up. Nice bed with automatic reclining headrest, but unusual having the sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom and a little limited for space (no chair or desk, or sofa). Good for short stays ...

a&o London Docklands Riverside
Very basic. Receptionist very disengaged and couldn't really be bothered to do her job. Basin in the en-suite bathroom was blocked and didn't drain. Duvet was not thick enough and I was quite cold in the night.
