"This hotel truly has the potential to be one of the best places to stay and enjoy the surrounding area; it just needs more attention, care, and proper maintenance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Many surfaces were dusty, there was dust and hair inside the drawers, and several appliances appeared dirty even after we requested room cleaning. It seemed that our concerns were not properly addressed. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and some of the appliances were damaged and looked worn out. It is a pity because the property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but it currently feels neglected and in need of better upkeep."
