"It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare. The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking. We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average."

"Great family stay. We chose this hotel partly due to the free parking and were pleasantly surprised by the amount of parking spaces available. Staff were available and polite. Had our room further away from the lift, which made for a nicely quieter stay. Room was clean and we had a selection of pillows. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. Great breakfast with hot and cold options. An option for boiled eggs and ham and cheese would have made the breakfast amazing. "
