Hang your coat in the hallway and enter the welcoming lounge, where seating is gathered around a Smart TV and a wood burner-effect electric fire. The vibrant kitchen boasts plenty of space and appliances galore, including an air fryer and slow cooker. Enjoy leisurely meals in the dining room, with its panelled wall and rich colours. The six bedrooms are all on the first and second floors. Five have en-suites (the exception is the double, on the top floor with a sea glimpse), and there''s also a family shower room with a large walk-in shower. A narrow, enclosed courtyard at the rear provides space to relax outside, whether you sit in the sun with a coffee and a newspaper or fire up the BBQ and spend an evening in the fresh air as the sun sets.


The seaside village of Bridlington boasts two long, sandy beaches and plenty of cafes, shops and amusements, as well as a children''s lido. If you''re looking to explore foodie destinations, you''ve come to the right place - this is known as the lobster capital of Europe, with plenty of fresh seafood on offer from fish and chips to fine dining. The golf course is just 2 miles away, while both Sewerby Hall and Gardens, and Bridlington Animal Park are less than 5 miles.
