"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was comfortable, well-maintained, and a great place to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. The location was convenient for exploring Gatlinburg and enjoying the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would love to stay here again on our next trip!"

"Great property. Had a family of 20 and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. Has everything you would ever need. There were just a few small things. The cleaning crew should check even the sofa bed in the sunroom as we found pet hair and dog food in there. Otherwise the place was spotless. We had an issue with the mini split in the carriage house line freezing up and they offered to send someone out immediately. We declined as it had been cooler in the evenings and were not in the pool table room during the day. Things happen and the point is more of how quickly they responded to offer a solution. Lastly the driveway up is not for the faint of heart. Not only is it an incline but there is a serious curve immediately after the incline. Not something I would want to do in the dark nor did we. Overall a great place and we will be looking to book again."

"Excellent host, great communication. Power went out for 4 hrs the first night so it got hot sleeping, but that was no fault of host...things happen. Nice resort, golf cart was fun. Loved that it was pet friendly!"
