"The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!"

"We hosted our wedding at this home, and it truly was magical. The views are absolutely breathtaking, photos don’t do them justice. The home itself is stunning and made for such a memorable experience.That said, communication with the owner and management company wasn’t the easiest. Even during our stay, it was hard to know who to contact for simple things like how to dispose of recycling. If you’re planning an event here, patience is key, responses can take time, and the management side can feel a bit disorganized. The listing sometimes says one thing, while the information you get from the management company says another, so it’s best to have everything in writing. My only real feedback would be to improve communication between the owner, management, and guests.However, when it really mattered, they came through. Everything I was worried about before the big day was taken care of, even if they weren’t always able to confirm details ahead of time. The on-site crew was so kind, friendly, and helpful, and I truly appreciated their efforts.Despite the communication hurdles, the experience overall was wonderful, and I’m already hoping to come back annually just to enjoy the beauty and peace of this incredible home."
