Excellent transport links: Just minutes from bus stops (routes 2, 22, and 52) taking you straight into central Brighton, with easy access to Uber and local taxis.

Good to Know:

The host lives in the adjacent flat and is easily accessible if you need anything.

Please note: This is a quiet residential area—strictly no parties and no music after 11:00 PM to respect the neighbours. There is no private garden access, but the park is right at the bottom of the road.
