Excellent stay

£100 in Brighton on a Saturday night I wasn’t expecting loads but was very impressed. Good size room. Modern bathroom. And I was even able to early check in at 11.55am so very pleased. Was no deposit and some of the details need updating regarding contacting before check in etc, overall would defo stay again.

Comfortable stay

I enjoyed my stay, the room was a good size for a single room. However anyone who has issues with stairs may not be suitable. Bed was comfortable and light switch above the bed, which is always useful! I would stay again

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy couldn’t fault that. The location was excellent just off the front /West beach. We didn’t have breakfast only because it was a little early for us. The only fault would be 4 coat hangers between 2 people! Other than that it was great 😊

Not great for business trips

This was a pleasant enough B&B. The breakfast is only served between 8:30 and 9:30, which is little use for those in Brighton for business. Rooms are clean.

Simpelt hotell med okej lÀge.

Klassisk engelsk frukost i form av Àgg, bacon, rÄraka etc. VÀldigt lÄg nivÄ pÄ mat. Valde att Àta frukost/ brunch pÄ nÀrliggande restaurang istÀllet. Rummen var smÄ och ganska slitna. HeltÀckningsmattan var "bubblig" och ojÀmt golv under. LÄset till duschkabinsdörren trasigt och det lÀcker ut vatten pÄ badrumsgolvet. Handukarna byttes inte ut en enda gÄng under vÄr vistelse. SÀngarna Àr vÀl, bortsett frÄn lÀget en av de fÄ positiva erfarenheterna.

Melhor Hostel em Brighton

Minha filha, Julia, foi hospede durante 10 dias e essa é sua opinião: Hostel excelente, confortåvel, limpo, ótimo café da manhã e melhor localização, impossível!! O casal proprietårio é muito simpåtico e prestativo. Funcionårios nota 10 com destaque para Daniel, sempre muito prestativo e educado!!

Very clean and great service from the friendly staff. Room was small but had everything I needed. It was quite warm (though in the heat of summer), but the window could be opened to air it. Bed was comfy and en suite clean and tidy. The walls seemed quite thin, so doors being slammed by other guests woke me several times (as did the seagulls!). All in all a lovely, clean and friendly guest house. Would stay again. Great value given the price, and only a short walk to city centre.

I stayed in a single room. The shower was poor, possibly as a result of being on the top floor, but other than that it was perfectly acceptable. Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Special mention to Daniel who works there. Our transit van broke down on arrival and he helped us push it up the street, which is relatively steep, which was well above and beyond the call of duty.
