House Rules:
- Please take your shoes off when inside the property.
- Strictly no parties or extra guests.
- No loud music after 10pm, please be considerate to neighbor’s at all times.
- A charge of £100 applies for lost or unreturned keys, so please handle them with care. Additionally, a £50 call-out fee will be charged to cover the cost of
regaining access.
- A £100 charge will be applied if the property smells of smoke, or if there is evidence of tampering with or removing smoke alarms, as well as smoking, vaping, using candles, or incense burning.
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £20 per hour.
- When you depart, please turn the thermostat down to 8 degrees, lights off and ensure all windows and doors are secure.
