    Just 2 minutes from the beach and moments from the Lanes, our stylish one-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring Brighton. Featuring a comfortable double bedroom and a quality sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, friends, small families and work stays. Enjoy Brighton's best restaurants, shops, attractions and seafront all within easy walking distance, with parking available on request.



    The Space:

    Our apartment is located on the second floor of a characterful Brighton building, offering a bright and comfortable base just moments from the beach and the city's best attractions.



    The open-plan living and dining space is designed for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton, whether that's enjoying a meal together, streaming your favourite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, or simply unwinding with a book. The living area also features a comfortable sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests. Parking is available on-site - please enquire in advance to book



    The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for a short break or longer stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, a microwave and washing machine.



    Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom – Double bed with hotel-quality linen and Living Area – Comfortable double sofa bed



    The modern bathroom features a bath with shower, vanity unit and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

    • The apartment is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

    • Parking may be available at the property for an additional charge of £20 per day. As there is only one shared parking space serving the building, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please enquire before booking if parking is important for your stay.

Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express Coaches and major local bus routes, is moments away. Brighton Train Station is just a 10-minute walk, or hop on a bus that stops directly outside the flat every two minutes.

    The apartment is located in the heart of Brighton, just a short walk from the beach, the famous Lanes and the independent shops, cafés and restaurants of North Laine.



    Spend your mornings by the sea, browse the boutiques and galleries tucked away in Brighton's historic lanes, or enjoy everything from relaxed brunch spots to some of the city's best seafood restaurants and cocktail bars. The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Palace Pier, Sea Life Centre and many of Brighton's most popular attractions are all within easy walking distance.



    One of the biggest advantages of staying here is that you can leave the car behind and explore the very best of Brighton on foot.

    Pool Valley Coach Station, serving National Express coaches and major local bus routes, is just moments away. Brighton Train Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with regular direct services to London, Gatwick Airport and destinations across the South East.



    Most of Brighton's attractions, including the beach, the Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Palace Pier and the Royal Pavilion, are all within easy walking distance.



    Parking may be available nearby by prior arrangement for an additional charge, although availability is limited.
