An ideal location to explore Brighton. Our room was a little small. However, i did expect this from some other reviews so it wasnt a big issue. We only needed a bed for the night and the rest of the time we were out. The communication, facilities and location were spot on!

This is a fantastic property at a great price. We appreciated the extra little touches like real coffee sweets and hair straighteners. The bed was super comfy and the wet room was lovely. We were close to some lovely cafes for breakfast and the owner was very helpful - giving tips on very reasonable parking. The only thing we weren't very keen on was the area. We felt quite unsafe walking back from Brighton centre but this could be resolved by taking a taxi late at night. A firm recommendation for Sabai Thai for dinner. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful.

Firstly would like to thank the cleaner for opening door as the instructions for checking in had not come through.The room we were given was not what we had booked and paid for ,we expected a double and were given a twin .The duvets were rotten and need to be thrown in the bin.As we have mobility issues feel we should have been made aware of the amount of stairs we had to get up . There were holes in the wall where the sockets were situated, and behind tea tray..the carpet was dirty and sticky. There was a lady in the room next door, American i think,,, who was on speaker phone to friends till gone midnight, shouting, and laughing, so we had to wait untill she went to sleep, before we could. As there was no one around to complain to. I would not recommended this place to anyone, as i would only class it as a 2 star.at most.

Was easy to get from the station via walking and google maps. Room was quant and comfortable, Bed was amazingly comfortable our highlight if im honest, the walk in shower room a nice touch. We stayed in room 0, upon arriving taking my shoes off I found a bottle top lid at foot of bed by the bed leg,so not sure how thoughra room is cleaned once visitors leave. I do think there could be a batterie operated air freshner in bathroom that goes off every 30 to 60 minutes, the table is a nice design but could do with a flat top one and two saucers and lil bowls would'nt go a miss, & a lil microwave as if your staying for more than a night which ours was a 2 nte 3 day, taking back pizza and having it cold was a lil frustrating. Even if it was in lobby way on one of the floors. A lay in was a no no, first morning being there shouting and talking from maintaince guys outside my window was very annoying and both mornings front door slamming, banging of hoover etc very frustrating, came back home feeling very tired, less than 24 hours of being there, the 1st night police were at the property next door from 2.30am to 4.30am blue lights flashing the whole time the next morning seeing forensics was a little scarey. Very busy.

Friendly people upon arrival really helpful. Able to get 24hr parking permit. Generous and delicious breakfast from Artisan Bakery. Comfortable, clean with good amenities. I like the modern check in system and I like how helpful the hotel were, sending us messages of where is cheapest to park and such. They gave us all the right information and the room was nice, just what you need for a night away.
