Thanks for feedback and I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay. This bedroom has a large window in it which opens for ventilation. There are additionally numerous fans in the property. In case of fire you should leave via the front door which this bedroom is close to and not via the patio as the garden is enclosed by a high wall and is not a suitable fire escape point. The outside space can be used up to 9pm.

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased that you found the property and location good. To clarify this property is a house and not an apartment. There is a dedicated parking space for this property which is in the next street. The house is in Dean street and the space is in Montpelier Terrace. This is the only property advertised in the town centre on this site that has this facility and yes you are correct Brighton parking is not the easiest without a dedicated space. Apologies that I needed to check if you needed parking but the notification that this had been booked does not sometimes come through on the mobile app and I always double check this with guests. The space was waiting for you though.

Thank you for your review and I'm pleased you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify this is a self-contained house and not a flat. The road is also not a noisy road for the centre of the city. There is very little traffic in it. With the windows open at the front if a car was passing you may hear this. I have not heard seagulls particularly in this property as they don't live on the roof here but being by the seaside they are of course around en route to get fish in the sea.

In response to your point about the parking space it is not a shared space it is a dedicated space for the property which in central Brighton is an extremely rare resource. No other property offers this. The parking space is only available for the duration of your stay as new guests arriving after your departure needed to use it. It is also only charged for the duration of your stay and is a fraction of the price to use than other parking options. I was not aware of any requests from your group other than wishing to use the space on the day after your check-out which was not possible as new guests were arriving and had booked this. The availability of the space would have been made clear before booking and there are NCP car parks as an alternative. There is no damp in the bedroom as the room was damp proofed professionally in 2016 when the whole house was renovated. However, there is occasional condensation on the balcony door windows which can be resolved by opening the window when it has been wet.
